As you will have already seen on the home page of my website, the different services and therapies that I offer to help others are listed there.

There are also many other ways to help, and that's where the idea of adding the blog section came from.

I've never done anything like this before; it's getting out of my comfort zone a lot, but that's what life is all about, isn't it? Dare to start new things, get out of the comfort, and expand it. It is the way to grow, to connect with your true Being, to really KNOW YOU, and to KNOW WHAT YOU ARE ABLE TO ACHIEVE.

The idea is to share tips, advice, and things that I have been learning on this mystical path of energy, healing, light, and love.

Tips on how to protect your energy, your energy field or Aura, so that low energies or "dirty auras" do not affect you (so to speak), and you can radiate energy of light and love to generate life what you want, to generate your own REALITY.
